What is your e-mail address or why don't you receive my e-mail? |
Some digital, analog, camera, GIS, and other systems that we have been servicing and supporting are not listed. As requirement for quality service, expertise, tools, documentation and spare parts have to be consistently available. If we do not have all the required resources at the time, we will help you finding them.
With unsolicited and SPAM e-mail filling our system, we had to install some filtering as well. Our general e-mail address is service@renaisys.com. However, before you send us an e-mail for the first time, please call us so we can look for your mail and your address. Keep in mind, once added to our filter, our system looking for your address. If you change your address, the mail bounces, you don't seem to get a response or if your issue is urgent, please call.
