RenaiSys is an independent service organization, but not a reseller. We encourage buyers and sellers to negotiate the terms. If RenaiSys provides the relocation service, we may obtain any product and forward it at the same cost and under the same condition as we obtained it as a service to the parties.

As the seller, your organization earns the full profit. Your negotiated price is what you get, without having to pay any fees to a dealer.

As the buyer, your organization gets the best deal. You can directly asked the last user about the configuration and condition of the system. If RenaiSys provides the relocation service, we could provide any repair, upgrade, or extended warranty service as well.

Procedure:
First, check the lists below if anybody has what you are looking for (used equipment that you are interested in buying or trying to find used equipment that you would like to sell). If you found something in the list, click on the reference number and write a note to the other party describing your interests, price range, and any other information that would convince the recipient to write you back. Your note will be automatically forwarded by RenaiSys without any change to your message and with an additional note from us requesting to respond directly to you. RenaiSys has no way to monitor any responds. It is up to the recipient to respond to your message or not.

Second, if you want RenaiSys to post your interest in selling or buying used equipment, please contact us. We will asked to provide the technical services, but there is no obligation or cost to post the information. We will provide you with your unique reference number and setup a forwarding address. Mail to your reference will be automatically forwarded to you. This way, you get messages immediately without any delay from our side. Your privacy remains protected. Senders do not know where the message is forwarded to and it is up to you to decide if you want to respond or not.

Note, we monitor the messages going through RenaiSys.com and try to balance the needs for communication and the needs for privacy. Please send only messages related to the indicated reference. Should there be a problem with excessive unsolicited mail, please let us know. We are prepared to make adjustments (possibly filtering out mail from specific addresses, or requiring initial registrations, ...).
