René used to build the plotters at the factory and has over 20 years of related maintenance experience.

Organization:
The Company has been formed pursuant to the provisions of the Limited Liability Company Laws of the State of Colorado and pursuant to Articles of Organization filed with the Secretary of State. Profits and losses are allocated among its Members according to the current operating agreement. The Manager is responsible for the entire day to day management of the Company.

René Sonderegger’s Background:
He grew up in Balgach, Switzerland.
1976 – 1980 Apprentice in Electronics at Schwarz Electronics in St Gallen, Switzerland with formal education at the Gewerbliche Berufsschule in St Gallen, Switzerland.
1980 – 1981 Electonis Production Techincian at Leica in Heerbrugg, Switzerland. While setting a baseline during the assembly of the first production of AC1 analytical plotters, he provided feedback to R&D.
1981 – 1982 Quality Control Inspector at Leica in Heerbrugg, Switzerland. He ensured the quality of components and photogrammetric equipment that left the factory.
1982 – 1984 Field Service Engineer at Leica in Heerbrugg, Switzerland. He received and provided training on photogrammetric equipment and aerial cameras. He serviced the equipment at the factory and at customers throughout Western Europe.
1984 – 1986 Field Service Engineer at Leica in Farmingdale, New York. He provided training on photogrammetric equipment and aerial cameras as well as serviced them in Farmingdale and at customers throughout the United States of America.
1986 – 1991 Field Service Engineer at Leica in Englewood, Colorado. He received and provided training on the latest GIS, “Wild”, “Kern”, and Leica equipment as well as serviced them in Englewood and at customers throughout the United States of America. He supported the sales team at ASPRS events.
1991 – 1997 Field Service Manager at Leica in Englewood, Colorado and formal education at Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He managed six decentralized field service engineers thoughout the United States of America and Canada, the service budgets, and the spare part inventories for the service and support of photogrammetric equipment, aerial cameras and GPS. He coordinated with the factories, other Leica agencies throughout the world, as well as independent subcontractors. He gave technical presentations at workshops along with USGS, NASA, Texas DOT, KODAK, AGFA and others. He provided phone support to customers and emergency repair on their equipment.
At the same time, he earned a Bachelor Degree of Science in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration at Regis University. He attended seminars at AT&T, Data General, Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems and was a well-recognized speaker at Leica’s international service manager meetings.
1997 – Present Manager at RenaiSys in Parker, Colorado. When Leica and Helava founded LH Systems, he left to focus on service and support for organizations in the Photogrammetry industry. With good relations with his former employers, employment and contract offers from former competitors to improve camera and photogrammetry support services, and customers asking for his assistance, he concluded that an independent organization would serve the customers best. As a founding member of the organization, he contributed significantly to the operating agreement as well as the business and marketing plans. He manages the daily affairs for RenaiSys.
2005 – Present Manager at Adaptable Controlles LLC in Parker, Colorado. As a founding member of the organization, he contributed significantly to the operating agreement as well as the business and marketing plans. He manages the daily affairs for Adaptable Controllers.
