If you would like to add or change your company's information in our directory, please contact us. We will update the information at no charge.

If you are looking for a used instrument, or if you would like to sell your system, please contact us as well. We will post the information at no charge.

Answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs) as well as estimates and quotations for services are provided at no charge.

Fixed Rates and Service Agreement Rates:
After an evaluation of your service needs, we gladly provide you with an offer at a fixed rate. You can budget the cost and get the service that you need. Please contact us, describe your service requirements, and ask for a fixed rate or a service agreement rate.

Time and Material Rates:
Scheduled Service	$90 per hour	Repair, maintenance, relocation scheduled 14 days in advance (RenaiSys may elect to perform work within 14 days, but at this standard rate)
In-House Service	$90 per hour	Consultation, development, repair, technical support, and translation services
Emergency Service	$125 per hour	Holidays, weekends, repair, maintenance, support scheduled within 14 days
Travel Time	$70 per hour	Door to door travel time allocated between multiple jobs.
Expenses	at cost	Travel, living, shipping, and other related expenses at cost.
Parts	at cost	Spare parts at cost.

General Terms and Conditions:
Validity:	Quotations and estimates are valid for 30 days
FOB:	Parker, Colorado, United States of America
Currency:	Prices are in US Dollars
Payment:	Full payment is due upon completion of service
To Order:	Send valid purchase order to RenaiSys via fax or mail
